Due to the personalisation of items, any orders cancelled will not be refunded. Please ensure you check all spellings for any personalisation as a refund/replacement will only be provided if an error is made on our part. All designed artwork is sent to you prior to printing so please check all spellings once more as it cannot be amended after this point.
