Our Process

Upon ordering you can either message us directly using our contact page, via Facebook or via email. Alternatively you will be asked for email/contact information at checkout so we can communicate regarding designs/images and updates regarding your order.

All our products are mocked up for your approval prior to any printing work commencing, this gives us a guarantee you will be satisfied with your final product and ensures you have another chance to check over any spellings of names.

Our Times

We mostly work on a 3-5 day turn around time (5-7 days during peak times) excluding postal times, However, some of items are pre order only and can take a few weeks to arrive, please check each product for delivery information.

Cancellations & Refunds

Once an order is placed, you have a 12 hour cancellation period unless you have requested a rush order. Anything after this time will be charged as work will have commenced. Any orders cancelled after this time will not be refunded unless there is an issue on our end resulting in us not being able to complete your order.

Please check your spellings on your mock design as this will be used for the final print, any changes after this cannot be made and a refund will not be issued unless the mistake is made on our part.
